talk about how to create an email marketing system to make this as clear as possible to you I've created a short presentation let's jump into my computer and take a look at this alright so let's start building our email marketing system the first thing that we're gonna need is traffic there's either paid traffic or free traffic so if you use paid traffic you just pay for advertisements on Facebook or Google or other sites and if you use free traffic you have a blog or you have a YouTube channel or you have social media accounts that people find your content on so when people actually see your content then you have traffic and what you need to do with this traffic you need to send them to a landing page and on this landing page they can sign up for your email list and the right way to do this is that you have a lead magnet which is something you're giving away for free that people actually want to sign up for your email list so on your landing page you're gonna have this lead magnet that you're telling them you can download this lead magnet for free like this free checklist or this free ebook or whatever you're giving away and all they need to do is sign up with their email address and their name maybe so once they they sign up with their email address they type it in the form they will get to a thank you page and the thank-you page can be many different things it could be an offer you're sending them to if you want to make a sale right away or you can tell them to go subscribe to your YouTube channel a visit your website or it's just a basic thank you for subscribing go check your inbox to see my welcome email or to download this free ebook or checklist or a free video that you are giving them for signing up call now once they enter the email address the email address will go to your email list and your email list will be in your email marketing software and once it's in your email list you have something set up called an autoresponder or an automation workflow so what you want to do is you want to prepare a welcome email that you will send everybody who signs up for your email list and in your welcome email you can either just thank them for subscribing or you can give them the the lead magnet that you promised them for signing up and just this is your first contact with your new subscriber and what you can have done is you can have an email sequence set up that you that you're sending like Apple every couple of days or every second day once somebody somebody signed up so let's say the first day you send like immediately send a welcome email then a day later you send an other email where you give more free information about what you were talking about before and then you give an other you send another email with free information and then you promote something on the on the fourth email about the stuff that you were talking about so this is a sequence that you can set up and you can basically have hundreds of emails already set up that you send people through and you can segment people you can send people a different way if you see they're not interested in a certain topic or in a certain offer that you're that you're offering them and and everything's automated basically here and what you can also do is just send them a newsletter so if you have some new blog post or a new YouTube video that you wanna that you want to tell people to go watch then you can just send them a newsletter so to everybody who subscribes to you it just sent them an email and then they see oh he has published something new and let's go check it out so this is basically the the basic system how email marketing works and the powerful thing is that this this year is all automated so once somebody signs up then all the emails will be sent out automatically and and you can promote an affiliate products you can promote your own product or your service and you don't actually have to spend time writing these emails one by one or sending these emails out one by one and if you're using free traffic then then traffic to is automated because you have content which is ranked in Google or in YouTube and people find you every day and then go through your your landing page and your funnel basically so what I want to do now is I want to show you how the system looks like for me right now so my main traffic source is YouTube and here we're in my YouTube analytics page where we see how many views I'm getting in this year is basically my traffic my traffic statistics so you see on one day I'm getting 1386 views on the next time getting 957 views and so on so you see this is my traffic and this this is passive because I I have already published the videos in they're ranked in YouTube so I don't need to actually publish new videos and this will relatively stay the same I mean over the course of time probably there will be new videos which will be higher ranked inside of YouTube so that I think we'll be going down a little bit if I were to stop making videos right now but it is still pretty passive now then I will send them to a landing page so under my YouTube videos I have links to to my landing page or a link to my landing page and my landing page looks like this so my lead magnet here this late magnet is a free ebook so I'm talking about passive income and an affiliate marketing so my lead magnet has to do something with affiliate marketing so I know that the people who sign up for my email list are somewhat interested in making money online generating a passive income and in affiliate marketing so once they sign up and once they enter the email here they will get this ebook for free I will send it to them via email so if you want to get this ebook you can by the way go to the description and sign up to my email list with the email and you will get my ebook and all my email sequence system that I prepared to send you once you sign up so so once you you type in your email you will get to this page which is my basic Thank You page I don't send them to offer or I don't tell them to go to my youtube channel or whatever I just tell them to go to your inbox and check out where I'm sending the ebook to so they can go download the ebook and this is my my Thank You page that we that we talked about here and the next thing is the email goes to my email list and this is inside of my email marketing software which is scatter espanha and you see I have many different lists a couple of different ones and the list I would be going to is the affiliate marketing list and then what I am gonna do is I'm gonna send them a couple of emails so I have a welcome email set up and I'm gonna I'm doing it in an automation workflow so this is actually a different workflow that I've used for another campaign but this is basically how it looks like so the first email that would be getting is a a welcome email and then for let's say this is the welcome email and then they're going to wait one day and then I'm going to send the second email which is best tips beginners and then I'm gonna wait one day and then it's gonna send a third email and so on and eventually I'm gonna build this out too many more emails and I'm gonna send like I'm I can have elements where I say if the link was clicked then if the link was clicked and sent this email if it wasn't clicked sent this email and so on so this is the automation that you have that you set up once and then everything will run automatically so this is this part that I'm having and then the the newsletter also once every somebody is through with the workflow here through my funnel basically I will send them to my newsletter list and then whenever I publish new content on my youtube channel for example I will send them a newsletter kind of looking like this where I just tell them hey I've just published a new video you can click here to go watch that video yeah so that's basically it that that's how it looks like for me and that's what I'm covering in this email marketing series the most powerful thing about this email marketing system is that it's all hundred-percent automated and once you've built it up it will literally make you money while you sleep for you can literally make you money for years basically if your content stance stays ranked inside of Google or YouTube for example now what I'm covering in this email marketing series are its six episode basically this is the first one where I've just explained the email marketing system then the second episode will be about the lead magnet so I'm going to explain to you how to create a lead magnet that actually makes your subscribers or your your audience want to sign up for your email list once we've covered this in the third episode we're gonna get started with the email marketing software that I'm using and we're gonna get a 30-day free trial and set up our first email list then on the fourth episode we're going to create a landing page inside of the email marketing software and also a thank-you page so this is the landing page that we're gonna build where we go send people to sign up for our email list then if the fifth episode will be about the welcome email so I'm gonna tell you how to what to include in a welcome email and also so that the the emails won't have end up in the spam folder of your subscribers because if they end up in the spam folder then email marketing system is basically dead because nobody will actually see your emails so we're gonna cover that and then in the last episode I will show you how to automate everything so how to build these these workflows that I've showed you here where it can literally just automate all your email sequences and build out this flow that once somebody signs up to your landing page everything will run automatically perfect so it should not have a basic understanding about how an email marketing system works if you learn something in this video I'd really
